ST Plastic Surgery) Non-facial contouring? (Review)

It was so rainy, sunny, windy and cold haha~ Last weekend was like the total combination of all different weathers~
 
Today, we've got Seung-min's review regarding her surgery done early this year.

AS you can see clearly, Seung-min is quite skinny type in both her face and body. She had several concerns which she met agreement with Dr.Kim to plan her surgeries.
 
1) When you see her bare face, you can see the deep groove under her eyes which was caused by both bulging fat and hollowness. They caused her under eyes look pigmented and more tired especially when she did not put make up on.

2) Since she is skinny, she was lack of volume on facial parts which could be easily considered to fill up with Fat Graft. But! Dr.Kim decided to have implant insertion on nasolabial folds and chin since she did not have enough fat to cover all facial parts and fat is more subsided easily on those two areas.

3) When you see the way she took photos, she seemed to flex on her mouth to close properly. One of the biggest complexes she had was protruded looking mouth that she tried to cover up with making facial expression. Dr.Kim Said she did not have malocclusion problem (misalignment of upper and lower teeth) but got comparatively shorter chin which could be improved by adding more volume on.
 
4) Seung-min decided to share her surgery story but did not want to have any facial contouring surgeries (bone contour) which she felt quite afraid of, so Dr.Kim recommended implants insertion on nasolabial folds and chin as well as facial contouring injection on overall face and Botox injection on square jaw.

3 Days after the surgery
Since Fat becomes subsided as time goes, doctors mostly put 120% amount (or more) calculating the absorption amount. (major absorption process happens in the first month as well as kept until 3 months more)
Seung-min managed swelling well (we expected more severe looking around 3 days since her swelling comes from the forehead and under eyes were swollen and pressed)

5 Days after the surgery
Patients ask how weird the inserted implants (nasolabial folds and chin) feel like. The discomfort may vary depending on the size of implant or patient's personal habits. (bigger the size, more discomfort) Since both nasolabial folds and chin tip affect on facial expression a lot, Dr.Kim chose minor size and suitable shape for her so that she would not feel much discomfort.
 
Important! Don't have or try to avoid dairy foods such as milk or cheese that get easily stucked in your teeth! They can stuck in your absorbable threads for inner mouth incision. When having inner mouth threads, we recommend to gargle more than brushing teeth.

Her chin was quite small that almost made her mouth protruding now changed to proper projection. Her mouth does not look protruded anymore and it was done without bone contouring! Natural!

Her face does not look super skinny anymore but nicely volumized.
