2 days ago, I went to somewhere new&interesting in Gangnam!
Have you ever heard of 'Coin Karaoke'?
It has been popular for the last few years, but this was my first time visiting!

I visited 'Rock-Q MUSIC TOWN' where is probably the one of the most popular karaoke around Gangnam station area~

Rock-Q is pretty much popular among yonger generation since the location is very easy to find (about 5mins away from Gangnam station, line no.2!), has lots of eating places around, and the price is also very reasonable!

The inside looks so clean, colorful, and young!
It is totally different from those kinds of existing karaoke in Korea~

Not only Korean drinks, but they seem to have so many kinds of beer around~
You can also order draft beer at the front desk!

What's good about the place more is that they have lots of room in different size!
Coin Karaoke is popular for those people who would like to go singing 1-2 people together so that they mostly have many smaller rooms~
I visited this place twice; first with my friend and secondly alone! (I gotta sing a song at my best friend's wedding this Saturday so went there along to practice T_T I am super nervous...hope I will not ruin the most important day of my friend's life T_T

The machines and equipments there are so clean and definitely different from other existing places~ I could see why it is popular among young generations~

They give you the cover of mic head so that you can use it more hygienically!

When I went there alone for practicing the wedding song, I ordered a canned beer which was bit expensive for me...it was 6,000won which is almost twice more expensive than if you buy from a market! But the use of Karaoke itself is cheap so it was okay~

Not only those on the menu, but they just have so many different kinds of dishes!!!! They seemed to make this Karaoke as a perfect fun place for eating and drinking while playing!

If you just want to sing few songs by coin? Yes you can!
3 songs for 1,000won!
I wanted to spend 1hr there so I rather paid for the hour charge~ it was 10,000won originally but if you go there from Mon to Thur before 8PM? You get 50% discount so it is only 5,000won for 1hr singing!!! Amazing~~~!!

The dish was recommended by the staff there because we could not choose among so many choices, and she recommended the right one! It was so yumyum!!!

Karaoke in Korea? There are always music videos are being played when you are not singing~ Before we started? There was BTS' being played so we watched their MV for a while~ yeah!
