Korea is getting colder and colder~
This is the truly busy season for plastic surgery..I was so surprised how full the waiting room was yesterday.. Regardless age and sex, there were multiple patients waiting for consultation, surgery, or as guardian~

Who is this lovely chic girl?
She is our new model who recently received several surgeries from Dr.Kim!
What she got?
1) Double eyelid surgery with Buried suture method
2) Rhinoplasty (nasal bridge&tip, deviation correction)
3) Genioplasty (chin implant)
Let's take a look how she used to look like before the surgeries~
Before the surgery?

She has very small V line facial shape which everyone would love to desire for~
She likes to have bling bling makeup as well as wearin contact lenses to complete exotic look~ (For your information, having makeup and wearin contact lenses to look like mixed blood look is quite popular in Korea especially among young generation)
When she came for her consultation, she said she did not like her monoeyelids which did not suit her bling bling makeup~
Also, her nasal bridge looks slim at the front but deviated to the right side as well as the tip looks gradually wider which made her look bit masculine.

From the side view, her nasal bridge looked crooked.
Also, her chin tip looked short and small which could make her look young but dull at the same time.

This is the opposite side of her profile. Even with small face and bright skin tone, she somehow looked more masculine and dull.

The Day of surgery
This was taken right after she went back to home on the surgery day. Most of patients think the swelling and bruises would start on the surgery day, but actually around after 24 hours. (some patients start to look swollen on the same day though)
The surgeries were all done under I/V Sedation, sleeping anesthesia, and took about 3 hours in total. She got several bandages on surgery area as well as the nasal supporter on the nasal bridge.
Look at her eyes which was previously done!!! The folds look so clear and big as she wished!!

3 Days after the surgery
Since her Rhinoplasty involved deviation correction which is nasal bone surgery, she was expected to have more swelling and bruises than simple cases. Also, the bleeding from incision site could last slightly for 2-3 days as well as you could see from the picture.
During 3 days, patients reach to the maximum swelling and gradually become subsided after the time~ therefore we recommend to have lots of icing with given icepack!

On the 5th day of surgery, there is no more bleeding therefore no need to have gauze below the nose.

The bruises now look turning into green color which is almost the last stage of bruise color.

She still had visible bruises and swelling, but somehow looks cute!!

As I remember, she told us that she hated taking side profile because of protruded looking mouth. Her mouth was not protruded but too short and small chin made her look like that. But look at now! Her face looks so proportioned!!!!

Her eyes look big and wide that suits her bling bling makeup as well as her sharp nose and slime V line chin even completed her facial shape pecfectly!
