Since it is Plastic Surgery peak season in Korea from later December to later Feburary, and January is the most busiest month of the year, our clinic is full of patients everyday!!! (Sorry for all of our staffs...they are working just so hard that they do not even have a time to properly eat....T_T)
Today~ I would like to show you some examples of Orbital Fat Repositioning surgery which is the most popular and well recognized procedure of ST Plastic Surgery Clinic!
Few days ago, I was requested from one of my patients to post the surgery on aged condition so today's photos are about early 40's to late 50's !
1. Orbital Fat Repositioning Surgery in early 40's

Before the surgery
She had multiple under eye problems; dark skin, lack of skin elasticity, bulging fat, and lack of fat on tear trough area.

1 Week after the surgery
Once stitches are removed, she looked more comfortable and was able to wash and wear facial makeup! Since the surgery was done from inside of under eyes, the color could look still dark or even darker temporarily while you have bruises and swelling.

1 Month After the surgery
Under eyelids looks brighter and more elastic!! (she got under eye fat graft as well as Dermotoxin to flat out her wrinkled & lack of elasticity under eyes.)

Under eye condition looks amazingly brighter and more defined in color and texture!
2. Orbital Fat Repositioning Surgery in late 40's
Before the surgery
Her under eyes also had different problems but little different from the first lady. Instead of strong dark skin color, she has more sagging skin, bulging fat, and tear trough groove due to lack of under eyes.
1 Week after the surgery
For both Fat Repositioning and Skin tightening, she got her surgery 'Lower Blepharoplasty'! This photo was taken right after the stitch removal so you can see the redness color around the stitched areas very visibly. Also she still has noticeable bruises (the overall yellowish color under eyes) as well as black&blue color along the eye corner.
She could wash with water and wear eye makeup from the next day, but you could delay wearing eye makeup for another week if you do not want to rub the eyes.
2 Months After the surgery
The redness color of the under eyes where the stitches were made looks much clean!!
Even without makeup, her redness still does not look too obvious from her own skin complexion~!
4 Months after the surgery
She does not wear eye makeup almost none, but look at the flat and defined under eyes! The tear trough groove she used to have is not visible as well as the the under eye skin looks so tightened! Great!
3. Orbital Fat Repositioning Surgery in late 50's
Before the surgery
People at his age and especially men do not feel comfortable with plastic surgery since they tend to admit that they are already old and no need to have done something fancy. But, what about if there is simple way to return your age for few years?
He had very visible bulging fat, tear trough (caused by the fat bag), saggy skin, and shadow caused by the groove. Men tend to have severe cases compared to women~
1 Week after the surgery
Since he had much bulging fat and could have excessive skin once fat was repositioned, skin removal was must! His surgery was done through full incision including skin removal, bulging fat removal, and fat repositioning to fill up groove made by tear trough.
2 Months After the surgery
His eyes are bit reddish but how about the result?
Scar looks amazingly healed as well as the noticeable under eye condition healed a lot!!! A man who used to look grandfather now looks a father, hehe~
6 Months after the surgery
When we met him after full recovery of 6 months, his condition seemed to keep well remained. The groov is there very slightly but not noticeable to others as well as the scar is no longer showing! He was pleased with the result as much as we were too >_<
