Recently we have been doing the combination surgeries of eyes and nose since it is quite common to do Double eyelids and Rhinoplasty together (if you have a plan to do nose job sometime after eye surgery)
 
Every surgeries have certain period of recovery time, so it is benefit for patients to do two surgeries at the same time. It not only saves the recovery time but also the doctor can consider the harmonization of eyes and nose~

If you look at her before face, you would doubt 'Why this already beautiful girl decided to go for surgery?' 'What was her concern?'
 
Yes, that was my first reaction too~!

She actually had done nose job once few years ago so her nasal bridge was naturally high as well as the tip looked pretty much defined.
 
When she came for her consultation, she knew what exactly she wanted.
She did not dislike the previous result, however the alars (the side round parts of the nose) looked so visible and the bridge looked not straight but uneven.

This makes you more easily understand what her concern was. The nasal alars looked very visible that make her nose somehow popped up from other facial features and she believed this made her look bit masculine.
 
What she wanted was very subtle change that people would just find out she got improved without changing drastically.

 Since she did several surgeries including breast surgery at the same time, the operation took several hours. She stayed in the clinic for rest and took enough rest at her house as well. On the first day, she could not move well (because of breast surgery) so was helped by other family member for drinking water T_T...

She did Double eyelid surgery without an incision but bruised and swollen already on the same day. It happens depending on individuals and the recovery could take slightly longer but will all become normalized~
 
Remember~
Icing: 1-3 days from the surgery day
Warm pack: after icing (no mandatory)
 
 
 
5 Days after the surgery

 The photo is bit blurred but look at her face! Bruising is getting better~
She got her ear cartilage used for nose surgery as well so having the ear covered with bandage! Will be removed on the 7th day of surgery~
 
 
 
 7 Days after the surgery

On the day of her visit to ST~ She got all visible bandages and splint on the nasal bridge area! Now she has very simple skin color tape on the bridge part which is kept for few more days~ Besides, now time is the matter! 
 
 
 
 3 Weeks after the surgery

 After 3 weeks!
Where did all bruising go? Her skin looks much better and even moisturized!
Mostly patients still have some fatty looking nose especially on the nasal tip area because the nose might look normal outside but still requires longer period of healing time inside~ But she looks already so much better and can have nice make up too!
 
For double eyelids, she looks having thick&big double eyelids at the moment which will become more natural as time goes!

Nobody could tell what she did if someone saw her after 1 month right?
We were actually surprised too that she seemed to manage swelling so well~ we asked her to do icing as much as possible though hehe

 Not only her eyes, but look at the nasal line~
The alars do not look too visible but naturally harmonized with her nose shap!
Nasal bridge also looks quite natural and straight!

Now every facial features look feminine and harmonized each other that really suit her facial shape too!

2 Months after the surgery

Since she already looked so better around the first month of surgery, she did not look much different after another month~ But the result is getting better and better~
