What is Short Nose(upturned)?
Short nose, commonly called 'Pig nose', may give a baby face look however unnecessarily short nose becomes upturned and makes the nasal tip elevated therefore the nostrils become visible.

Autologous dermis is mostly harvested from the groin or coccyx (tail bone).

What is Long Nose(arrow)?
Long nose/arrow nose refers to those with redundant and droopy nasal tip which looks like an arrow. The length of nose longer than 1/3 facial length gives older and fierce image.
The shape of nose happens when the nasal tip is long or downward therefore needs a surgery that removes the long part and lifts up the droopiness. Also there is a case that the nasal tip goes downward when laughing due to over-developed nasal tip muscle. Surgery needs to be considered differently depending on what causes the condition.
